These Custom Work Terms cover how personalized orders work at Woven Crown, so there are no surprises. They go alongside our Terms of Service and Refund Policy.
As you build your piece on our site, the preview shows your design the way we'll engrave it. What you see in that preview when you submit your order is what we make — so please check spelling, dates and layout carefully before ordering.
When you upload a logo or image, you confirm that you own it or have the rights and permission to use it, and that engraving it won't infringe anyone's trademark, copyright or other rights. You're responsible for the content you send us, and you agree that Woven Crown isn't liable for claims arising from artwork you provided. If we have reason to believe you don't have the rights to a design, we may decline the order.
After you submit an order, we review it, then email you a secure payment link. We begin making your piece once payment is received. Because each item is produced individually, production times vary with the piece and our current queue — we'll give you a timeframe when we confirm your order.
Need to change something? Contact us as soon as possible at hello@wovencrown.com. We can often adjust a design before production begins. Once we've started engraving your custom piece, it can't be changed or cancelled, since the work is specific to you.
Glass, wood and leather are natural materials, and small variations in grain, tone and finish are part of their character — not defects.
If a finished piece doesn't match your approved design because of something on our end, we'll remake it — see our Refund Policy for how that works.
