Everything about how an order works, what we can make, and what happens if something isn't right.
Pick your product, upload a logo or type your text, and you'll see your design live as you build it. The live preview is exactly what we make — what you see is what you get, so there's no waiting on a separate proof.
When you submit your order, you're not charged right away. We review it first — checking your design and making sure we can do it justice — then email you a secure payment link, usually within 24 hours. Once your payment goes through, we start making your piece.
Yes. Payments are handled through a trusted, encrypted payment processor. We never see or store your card details — you enter them directly with the payment provider through the secure link we send.
Adjust your design as much as you like in the live preview before you order — change the text, swap the logo, start over. What's in the preview when you check out is what we make.
Vector files (SVG, AI, EPS, PDF) give the cleanest result at any size. High-resolution PNG or JPG works too — the higher the resolution the better. If all you have is a small or blurry file, send it anyway and we'll tell you honestly whether it will hold up.
No. One piece is a real order. Bulk and corporate quantities are welcome — reach out for pricing on larger runs.
Yes — many clients send their own glassware, flasks or jewelry. Mention it in your request and we'll quote engraving-only pricing. We'll always tell you up front if a material or shape isn't a good candidate.
Glass, stainless steel, pewter, aluminum, wood, leather, acrylic and precious metals. Each material takes a different method — rotary cut for glass, diamond drag for coated metal, hand graving for fine jewelry.
Two ways right now: laser-cut leather patches, and heat-pressed vinyl designs. Patches are the premium look — a leather patch reads like a designer piece rather than a printed shirt. Embroidery is coming soon.
Soon. The machine is on its way. Once it's running, hats, hoodies, crewnecks and polos can all be embroidered — and patches can be stitched down as well as pressed. Join the list below and we'll tell you the day it's live.
Hats are typically 2.5"–3.5" wide. Chest patches on hoodies and crewnecks run 3"–4". Back panels can go much larger. We'll recommend a size based on your design — fine detail needs room to read.
UV printing lets us go far past paper — metal, acrylic, wood and more. They cost more than a paper card and they don't get thrown away, which is the entire point.
Most pieces ship 5–7 business days after you order. Rush production is available for time-sensitive gifts — ask before you order and we'll tell you honestly whether we can hit your date.
We ship worldwide with insured, tracked delivery on every order, domestic or international.
Yes — we're based in Indiana. Mention it with your order and we'll arrange it instead of shipping.
Custom work can't be resold, so we don't take general returns — which is exactly why the proof step exists. If we made an error, or the piece arrives damaged, we remake it at no cost. That's not a policy loophole; if it isn't right, it isn't finished.
Tell us. Send a photo. If it doesn't match what you approved, we remake it.
Engraving is cut into the material, so it won't fade, peel or wash off. Hand-wash engraved glassware to protect the glass itself, not the engraving. Leather patches should be kept out of the dryer — wash inside out, hang dry.
